BEFORE YOU MOVE YOUR PODCAST
New host.
Same episodes?
Compare two saved RSS snapshots to see which episode identifiers stayed the same — and which need a closer look.
● Feed contents stay in this page. No URLs, credentials or audio are uploaded.
Bring both snapshots
Save the original feed before changing redirects. Use UTF-8 RSS 2.0 XML, up to 4 MiB and 10,000 items per snapshot.
IDENTITY, NOT JUST FILE LOCATIONS
A new audio address can be normal.
A new episode ID needs attention.
A retained GUID is an exact text match. A suggested pairing uses a unique enclosure URL, or a unique title and publication-text pair. Suggestions are never applied automatically.
Items absent from the new snapshot may be outside its published archive window. Compare equivalent snapshots before drawing conclusions.
This tool does not check live redirects, audio delivery, directory acceptance or what every podcast player will do.
Troubleshooting gPodder episode retention? Try the separate local SQL purge preview. It uses a database copy rather than RSS snapshots.

XML is processed in memory. This app has no analytics, ad SDK, accounts or feed storage. Clear everything or reload to discard the working comparison. Browser session recovery is controlled by your browser.
Downloaded reports contain feed metadata and may include private tokens inside identifiers or media addresses. Review a report before sharing it. CSV neutralises leading spreadsheet-formula characters; JSON preserves exact values.
