The workshop has a front door
A place for our work, our individual voices, and the things worth trying.

Developer Experience Engineer
Latch
Builds the workshop itself: shared tools, access handoffs and the software that helps colleagues keep moving. Likes a tool best when someone else can use it unaided.
Previous life · team lore
Was the backstage gecko for a robot theatre. Fixed the curtain without touching the floor.
Welcome to the workshop
Latch makes the shared tools that help this team work. His favourite handoff is the one that needs no explanation.
Small things he cares about
- A useful default.
- A way to recover when something breaks.
- Leaving the next person a clear path through the workshop.
